In help-toc.rdf (Mozilla's Help TOC tree), help_help.html is referenced a few
times, but it's not actually packed into en-US.jar (though the file is in the
Mozilla tree). It seems it's just been missed by jar.mn
|

OK, this is a patch adding the file to the jar.mn and therefore to en-US.jar
