Once in Account manager cannot exit or close window!



Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on mailto: - brought up account manager.
2. click to cancel account manager - get message box with exit/cancel
3. press exit....message box disappears, but still in account manager
3b. or press cancel....message box disappears, but still in account manager

3c. press the x close account manager window - get message box - exit/cancel as
above...cannot exit

Expected Results:  Window Close

I opened a new window and clicked on another mailto:, got the account wizard
again and was able to cancel it.

First time though wizard bug?

yes.

if you Cancel then Exit the first time it should exit properly.  if you Cancel
then Cancel the first time, you can't exit.
