I was merging two bookmark files, and had several folders of the same name. I found that when moving bookmarks between folders with the same name, the update to the visual tree representation did not happen correctly. Deleting a bookmark from the second instance of the named folder would make it appear to vanish in the first. Moving from the second to the first would not cause it to move at all.
I can't reproduce the exact sequence, but I confirm the fact that bookmarks act weirdly when located in folders with duplicate names (2002072608/win98se). I'm unable to produce any single test case, as a completely different weird thing happens every time I try to reproduce what I have just tried. Also, the superimposition of effects of bug 153828 (new/delete functions in bookmarks lock up randomly) prevent me from repeating the sequence _exactly_ (as every time it locks up at different point). So, I dare to mark this NEW, as "two folders with a same name" issue really constitutes a problem, and mark this dependent on bug 153828 so we can return to this when it's fixed. OS => All.

The bookmarks rewrite in spring 2003 should have fixed this. WFM. Anybody opposed to resolving?
Andreas: it's fixed, thanks!
