This bug was accidentally marked security-sensitive yesterday. Removing
security-sensitive status now.

Looks like this is the Ask Me Before Downloading Images option, now commented
out. It's still up in the air whether we want this feature or not, though I vote
for its removal.

Attachment: warn about images is gone

Warn about images is gone, and i don't think (and hope) that it will come back.
So removing the references to it in the prefs panel javascript.
