Win98SE Mozilla Build 2002081504 Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a shortcut "mozilla.exe -mail". 2. Execute shortcut, Mozilla hangs at splash screen 3. Ctrl+alt+del to End Task on Mozilla 4. Change shortcut to -news, execute shortcut 5. Mail/News launches ok, then exit (manually) 6. Execute shortcut again, Mozilla hangs at splash screen, End Task again 7. Execute "mozilla.exe" with no command line, hangs at splash screen Tried this on two separate boxes, same bug. 100% reproducible. Only way to successfully launch Mozilla again is log off/on to Windows.

Seth: This is related to bug 162891 but to answer your question, Orbit 3+. Also note that the bug does not manifest itself with classic and modern.
