163029 - Link address book entries to events (or to do items)

It should be possible to add a link to any adress book entry (or possibly even
more than one links e.g. with a pulldown list) for each event or To do item.

A button should be provided which can open the Card window from Address Book
with the respective address book entry, without actually having to open the
address book itself.  I do not know if the Card window can be opened from within
Calendar (possibly the program code for the card window from adres book would
have to be replicated within the calendar code?), but it would be a huge
improvement.

I have also filed a "counterpart" to this enhancement under bug #163043, which
is the option to create new calendar events directly from Address book for a
selected contact, and where the selected contact automatically becomes the lined
address book entry as described in this enhancement wish.  Both enhancement
would IMO greatly enhance the integration of address book and calendar and the
workflow with contacts and related calendar events.

I am also waiting for that enhancement a long time. There should also be a view, to show the events by contact (sort/filter). I am using this in Outlook 2000 often, so this is one reason why i won't change to Thunderbird/Lightning.

We won't be blocking 1.0 on this, also I'm not sure if this should be part of core. Maybe it could start as an extension, we could then integrate if it becomes very popular.
