When I go to this page, and scroll up and down, it acts very sluggish, and I see my CPU peg at 100% during the scrolling. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020818 I verified with both Netscape 4.79 and IE 5.5sp2 that scrolling the page in either app causes no significant CPU utilization.
