No matter what page I go to, any link I click on does not update the address box.

On any page I go to, if I follow any of the links, the address bar is not
updated at all. So if I start out with a url of "www.slashdot.org/" I can follow
as many links as I desire, and it still shows a url of "www.slashdot.org/". It
does not even update to a proper URL. (e.g. "http://www.slashdot.org/")
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page
2. Click on a link
3. Look at address bar
Actual Results:
The URL does not change in the address bar.
Expected Results:
Updated the address bar to reflect the current URL.

I saw this before, but its fixed in 09/03..
