We need to get the "New Skin" landed on the mozilla tree.

Target Milestone: M11
This is porkjockey work that has begun and will have the first phase completed
for M11. The skin itself is not needed for Dogfood, so I will remove the Dogfood
tag from the summary.
The new skin depends on bug 6583 for the correct look for disabled buttons.
the new skin depends on being able to set -moz-border-radius for each box corner
independently. This is captured in bug 16381.

Resolution: --- → FIXED
No, we still have the dependencies on the above listed bugs. Right now there are
temporary workarounds in the builds for coping with the shortcomings of round
corners. (Like using background images), which get removed as soon as we can
have the capabilities available.(at least bug 16381)
