Details

Selecting Quit or hitting Cmd-Q closes any open windows, but does not exit the
application until you do it again (while no windows are open.) Reproduced on
both OS 9 and OS X.

Generates a JavaScript error:
uncaught exception: "Component returned failure code: 0x800004005"
