Mozilla Calendar 2002082317-cal 
The main issue is that the Calendar Selection menu should switch places with the
Events Menu.  Also, the left divider currently between calendars and tasks
should be in the middle by default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calendar
Actual Results:  
Layout is:

I agree with one part, but disagree with the other.
To match email, I've put the list of events above the view, but I've left the
left side as a list of calendar events.
This makes a lot of sense:
1. It matches email, from a list of accounts == list of calendars point of view.
2. It matches email from a list of emails == list of events point of view.
3. You get more details of all the events.
