go to my.netscape.com scrollbars don't draw correctly, only get gray stripe down right side of content area. both mac and linux.

with the 1999111112 Mac opt comm build and gfx-scrollbars turned on, they don't work. Okay that's too strong. They actually work msotly fine but the thumb never moves. One can click and drag and the page scrolls but the thumb doesn't move so your clicking and dragging on thn air so to speak.
