messengerWindow.ico, main-window.ico, editorWindow.ico have a highlight that
should not be transparent.
chatzilla-window.ico (16x16) and calendar-window.ico (32x32) are not transparent
around the edge when they should be.
This causes conflicts with certain colour schemes.
main-window.ico is for some reason in 24-bit colour, it should be in 8-bit
colour so that it can be displayed on systems with lower colour depths.

Sorry Neil, didn't realize both you and Dean were peers for this area.
