Win2k 0828
file:///c:/ has folder and file icons for each file in the directory.
file:///c:\ (aka file:///c%3A%5C) displays the exact same list of files but
does not have any icons.
Expected: file:///c:\ displays exactly as file:///c:/
This only seems to happen when the URL ends with an escaped character. For
example, file:///c:/tmp and file:///c:\tmp (aka file:///c%3A%5Ctmp) all display
the same.

Nick, this seems fixed to me with Moz1.4 on Win2k, right?
