Printing the above URL to a file didnot create a viewable postscript file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto URL
2.Select Print from File menu
3.Select Print to File and choose a filename (I chose
Linux-working-of-bottom-half.ps)

Actual Results:  
A file was created but would not display in gv. It seemed to be incomplete.

Expected Results:  
Created a .ps file of this document

Alright, I tried this after restarting Mozilla and it actually showed a little
bit in the ps file. When I first reported the bug, the ps file wouldn't open,
now it shows only 2 of 10 pages.

I have the file generated available at
www.ittc.ku.edu/~amitk/Linux-working-of-bottom-half.ps, incase that might be
helpful.

This worksforme in a current trunk build.... Amit K, any chance of trying 1.1 or
a trunk build?  The printout seems to cut off at the first image in the webpage
in your version of the PS, so this could be due to any of the various
image-printing bugs that were fixed since 1.0....

The PS job is _incomplete_, e.g. not printed completely...

Printing to file has stopped working for me completely using build 2002110104.
No file at all gets written. Showstopper for 1.2?

AFAIK no since this issue does not occur during daily smoketesting and the
Xprint module seems to be unaffected, too...

You bet it would be... that said, I cannot reproduce the problem with linux
build 2002-11-01-04 -- printing to file works just fine (PS module, not XPrint).

The sample URL isn't working to day; I'm getting a timeout attempting to connect
to the host.

Amit, can you reproduce this problem with a current version of mozilla? Can you
provide a working sample URL?

The sample postscript output (see comment 3) is cut off in the middle of drawing
the first image. The reason it doesn't print anything is that it's cut off
before the first "showpage" command, which tells the printer to print the page
and start a new one.

Whatever was wrong at the time, it's not reproduceable now. The sample URL
currently works and printing the page works without trouble. Resolving wfm.
