Using trunk build 2002090511 on win-xp pro,1.1ghz,512ram,Nvidia GeForce2
Go,32ram

Just go to http://www.payplus.at and the mouse-cursor will freeze a short time
when rendering. (you can also click now 'Info' in the top navigation etc.)
It seems the short freeze is during rendering of the background image.

The mouse-cursor also freezes when you switch back to Mozilla via the
taskmanager.

Could be a problem in incremental rendering on fast connections, as there is
no freezing mouse-cursor when trying with a slow modem connection.
I've got a similar system as the reporter, but with a Radeon 8500, and it works
fine.

I'm using build 2002091110
Attinasi is gone. Since it appears to be related to background rendering in
win32 with a geforce video card, reassigning to dcone

Sounds to me like a dupe of bug 91643.
Depends on: 91643
Priority: -- → P2
Target Milestone: --- → Future
Using trunk build 2002111508 (same configuration as when filing the bug) there
is no longer a freeze when rendering, also no longer when switching back to
Mozilla via the taskmanager.
Any idea what could have fixed this?
could have been Kevins fix for event handling. It fixed alot of DHTML bugs and
scheduled updates differently. I am not sure what bug number.. Kevin?
Cannot reproduce it... Mozilla 20021115
This was probably fixed on WIN32 by my patches for the following bugs:

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=157144
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165039
Marking works for me.
