The attached HTML page contains nested tables.  The page displays correctly in
IE but with Mozilla there is a white line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unzip file and view in Mozilla
2. View the same file in IE
3.

Actual Results:  
See white line

Expected Results:  
No white line

Happens on Linux too; probably a 1px rounding thing...
