Alec Flett posted a PNG image in his newsgroup message

The image looks ok in 4.5 on Windows and Linux, but it looks fuzzy/grainy in
mozilla on Windows and Linux.

It actually seems to be interlacing that causes the fuzzyness... non-interlaced
PNGs look fine.
