this used to work, but it has regressed. this needs to work for subscribe to be dogfood quality. ideally, it would also only show the news servers (no mail folders or mail folders, or newsgroups.) that bug already exists....let me hunt it down and mark it dogfood too.

I fixed this last night.

Verified on the Linux 12-06-08-M12 Windows 12-06-08-M12. Need to verify on tomorrow's Mac build, I am thinking it should work. But, for safe - it's better to wait for verifying on tomorrow's Mac build.
