168332 - Mousewheel doesn't function correctly when uploading files to Yahoo Briefcase

When trying to upload files to Yahoo Briefcase, the scrollbar does not move and
the mousewheel is not functional.  However, you can still drag the scrollbar
(even though it does not move) to make the page scroll.  Clicking the up or down
buttons on the scrollbar also makes the page scroll.  The mousewheel is unable
to scroll the page.  After uploading is complete (or switching to a different
web page) the scrollbar and mousewheel behave correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Log into Yahoo Briefcase (http://briefcase.yahoo.com)
2.  Click on "add files"
3.  Select folder to send uploads
4.  Click "select" button
4.  Move mousewheel or drag scollbar with mouse.
Actual Results:  
The page is displayed but the scrollbar and mousewheel do not function currectly.

Expected Results:  
The scrollbar should move up and down when dragged by the mouse and the
mousewheel should be able to scroll the page.

Occures in Mozilla 1.0-1.2a.

Can you reproduce this on a new build of Mozilla (1.2.1 or 1.3a)?

With 200301305 (and a few previous versions), I can now move the scrollbar by
dragging it with the mouse, but using the mousewheel still does not function as
it should.

What kind of mouse are you using?

I'm using a Microsoft intellimouse optical with the latest drivers from
Microsoft.  I went back and checked Yahoo Briefcase with a current Mozilla build
(2003012508) and the problem is still there.  This is the only page I've found
with this behavior.

Yes, I'm still seeing it.  I just tried with Mozilla 2003040508 and Phoenix
20030319.  I think I need to clarify the behavior:  this only happens on the
page that actually lets you do the uploading (with the various upload boxes
(titled "Yahoo Briefcase - Upload Files")).  All pages before and after behave
correctly.  When viewing the upload page, the only way to scroll is to click the
scrollbar and drag it up or down.  The mousewheel, autoscroll (part of AiO), and
the arrow keys on the keyboard do not function as they should, nor do the page
up and page down keys.

seems very relevant and may be a dupe.

I believe that this is indeed a dupe. Can't scroll with mousewheel or keyboard
on the upload page for yahoo briefcase.
