It is possible to create multiple Download Manager windows by stacking multiple
downloads before the Download Manager opens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have the Open download Manager on download option on.
2. Go to a website with more than one download link on a page.
3. Rapidly middle-click or ctrl-click all the download links you can find.
4. Choose OK on the resulting download dialogs.

Actual Results:  
For each download link that was clicked on, Mozilla will open a new Download
Manager window. 

Expected Results:  
It should only have opened one window.

Verified this with V1.4b, build 20030507, on Windows 2000. I went to
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/download.html, selected several different
packages, selected several (three) .ZIP files (since Mozilla doesn't ask what to
do with these), and then hit return quickly on the save dialog boxes.

I have seen this bug on 1.4 rc1 under Win98 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98;
en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030529)

FWIF, I've confirmed this too in at least three different builds: a February
nightly, 1.3 stable, and my current build (20030612 nightly), all on WinXP.
It's safe to say this problem has been around for a while.

More weird, I normally started download of a file that previously crashed
downloading, and DM showed not only _new download line with progress indicator,
but the previously_crashed was acting like the download continues. The speed
calculation in _new download line seemed like the first one + second one. In
previously_crashed line there was no speed calculation.

This is fixed in Firefox. It will not be fixed in Seamonkey.

Reopening. If a contributor provides code for this it will be fixed. This is a
valid bug.
