The 2002091704 build broke the ability to right-click/control-click on toolbar
bookmarks and get a contextual menu (useful for opening in a new tab, or editing
the name etc).
To reproduce: right-click or control-click on a toolbar bookmark.
Actual result: right-clicking does nothing at all; control-clicking opens the
bookmark in the current tab as though you had done a normal left-click.
Expected result: a contextual menu should appear with options relevant for
toolbar bookmarks.
This used to work a couple builds ago... Looking in the cvs though, I can't see
what's changed that's broken it.
(As a side note: clicking these links with the middle mouse button, or with
command held down, should also open these links in a new tab if the user has
his/her preferences set that way... but this has never worked)

i wonder if this was smfr's rejiggering of the browser window?
cc'ing simon.
Confirmed using Chimera/2002091704 on 10.1.5. (I'll take your word for it that
it used to work.)
