Steps:
1. Launch Messenger
2. From the Inbox folder (Pop or Imap), select a message
3. Click on the Reply (or Reply All) button

Actual result: The To: field is empty when I do Reply, it does not remember the
receipient. If I use Reply All, the To fields are all empty too.

Expected result: It should display the receipients id in the To; field/s

This problem only occur when I use the HTML compose window to reply

IT occurs on Mac too.

It does not occur on Win_nt.

This occurrs on windows for me.

Marking this as dogfood too. It's a real pain to use the app right now and I try
to use it all day long for dogfood.

Depends on: 16931
It's another side effect of bug 16931. Ender failed to fire the callback NotifyDocumentCreated. Therefore we never
transfert the compose fields into the UI.
This problem has been fixed by Rick Potts changes to fix 16937.

We should be able to work this as fixed.

Problem is gone on Linux. Win_nt 4.0 it works fine.
Unable to verify on Mac because of (bug 17187)
