I have a problem entering some local characters into editor with latest versions
of Mozilla. Currently I use build 2002092608 on Windows XP. I have slovenian
keyboard.
Reproducable: Always
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla
2. Open some page with a form on it or start composing new e-mail
3. Start typing the message
Results:
Most characters work but I have found two that don't enter anything. If I press
"č" Mozilla just acts as if I pressed Enter. If I press "đ" or "ć" nothing
happens. If I try to enter capital letters of these characters also nothing happens.
Expected:
Mozilla should just enter all required characters.
A workaround is to type these characters in another app and copy and paste them
into text editing field.

It appears to be working OK now. I'm currently using build 2002100508. I'll mark
this bug as fixed and will reopen it if this bug comes back again.
