When bookmarks are added to the personal toolbar folder and they exceed the
viewable area for the toolbar they just write off the screen. I've tried this
with Mozilla and the last bookmark is trunclated with '...'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add bookmarks with long titles to the personal toolbar folder.
