I have Phoenix 0.2 And when you try to drag URL from Navigation Toolbar to Menu Bookmarks it don't work. Pointer change from not suported to state that indicate that you can drop it on target but menu should expand(spring open) to show bookmarks and so on to show directorys. Regards Ivan Brkanac

On windows I can drag and drop the URL proxy icon into the Bookmarks Toolbar Bookmarks menu but not into the *menubar* Bookmarks menu. On linux both work. --Asa

wfm, winME. I don't know how to fix that, since I have no Win3000/XP box Asa, do you see js warnings or errors? when hovering on the menubar bookmark button?
This seems to work for me too. tested today's build on win2K and all seems fine.

Hi I downloaded latest night build as of 09.10.2002 And I still can't drag to bookmarks menu. And when I try to activate bookmarks toolbar it still dont work. Also whenewer I have selected Bookmarks toolbar or not I dont see it so mybe it is some other bug. View - > Toolbars -> Bookmarks not working. And mybe because off this I can't see if it is working when it is active.

Wfm You should realy look in bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=174549 that solves this and lots other "bugs"
this bug is about dropping in the bookmark menu, not the bookmark icon.

Phoenix 0.4, WinNT 4 SP 5, fresh installation (I'm a bit confused about the vocabulary) Dragging the URL icon from the navigation toolbar (where I can type in an URL) to the bookmarks icon bar (where all the bookmark icons are, just below the navigation toolbar) does not work if the drop location is not at the right of the other existing bookmark icons. That is, I can't drop the bookmark icon somewhere between other bookmark icons. Dropping it near the right edge works though. In addition I can't reorder the bookmark icons by dragging them to the left side of the bookmarks icon bar. If I want an icon at the left, I have to drag all other icons to the right.
