Scrooling down the page is almost impossible. If you click on any link/bookmark
under "Select a category", you are not "redirected" correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the link provided
(http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_1116.html)
2. Try to scrool down the page
3. Click on any link under "Select a category" on the top of the page

Actual Results:  
The problems reported above.

Expected Results:  
It should scrool the page smoothly. The link/bookmark should redirect you correctly.

When scrooling that page the CPU utilization goes up quickly to 100% ... That's
why is so slow.
I don't know why the page is slow. It seems fast for me on Linux.

Clicking on a category doesn't work because the page has <A NAME> anchors inside
table rows, which is invalid HTML.

Thank you for your feedback.

I haven't checked with my home Linux computer yet but even if I open that page
on another Pentium III 800Mhz/256MB RAM computer, it's still too slow (same
symptoms). If it's working fine in Linux, it might be a problem under windoze
2000 only (or windoze in general).
