Horizontal menu doesn't work. Layout is messed up, there is a huge white space just below the menu. The page uses document.all and window.event.

I could not find any webmaster address (it's getting more common, recently) I sent a modified LAYERS letter (document.all only) to info@instytu.org.pl, postmaster@instytut.org.pl and webmaster@instytut.org.pl Webmaster bounced (of course), the rest went through.

webmaster bounced (obviously). So did postmaster which is against the Internet rules :-( The error message came from postmaster@inessa.biuro.com. This address bounces, too (it's getting more interesting) but the URL http://www.inessa.biuro.com resolves to http://www.10minutes.net/, a small site with two further URLs: http://www.pcywicki.net and http://www.mpanek.net The contact addresses are respectively: pcywicki@pcywicki.net and biuro@mpanek.net. Gotcha! Sending the evangelism letter to both. Wasn't it fascinating? The new webmaster address trend: a riddle. Sending the letter to both the addresses.
Maybe they're getting to many emails asking: geeeeez, would you pleeeez remove this uglee kodee from this page?? ;)
Piotr Cywinski <pcywicki@pcywicki.net> denies it is his site. Well, I know that the site belongs to: INSTYTUT ZARZ&#260;DZANIA UL.BIEDRONKI 1A 02-946 WARSZAWA as the WHOIS database says (again, no email contact) The question is: who is the webmaster.
If info@instytut.org.pl won't respond I'll ask someone from Warsaw to call them to get right email.
Please, do so. The institution itself did not respond. Actually, knowing how such "info" or "office" addresses work and how many layers of decision making is between the secretary who reads the correspondence and the person who is responsible for the webpages, I am pretty sure they will not respond.
It seems the menus work now (not ideally but better than with IE6!). Marking FIXED.
