Also, the right-click menu to Customize toolbar is not currently available when
you right-click on Empty Space, Space, anywhere on Bookmark Bar.

The Customize... menu should be available when you right-click:
* buttons (except Back/Forward where r-click calls up history)
* separators
* spaces and flexible spaces
* empty area of Bookmark toolbar

Reassigning. noririty, you may want to check the patch, I don't know if it's
still usable.

I checked this patch out, working fine.

noririty, you might want to watch the line numbers, I'm not sure how #ifdef-ed
the CVS version is fine (I just hacked it into unjarred chrome rather than
rebuild my tree).  Otherwise this is a nice patch and should go in when you get
a chance.
