more notes.
<hyatt> middle+click uses a pref
<hyatt> shift = new tab
<hyatt> ctrl = new window
<hyatt> shift + ctrl = new tab (bg toggled)
<hyatt> shift + enter = new url bar tab
<hyatt> middle-click = new tab or new window based off pref
<hyatt> ctrl+middle-click = new tab (bg toggled) if new tab is opened

this changed again. I think it's:
ctrl+click to open link in new tab
shift+ctrl+click opens link in new tab toggling foreground/background
shift+clic opens link in new window
ctrl+enter in addressbar adds www. and .com
shift+enter in addressbar adds www. and .net
ctrl+shift+enter in addressbar adds www. and .org
ctrl+d focuses the addressbar and ctrl+[1-0] focuses first 10 tabs.

CTRL + D is openning bookmark addition, not focusing the address bar.
