User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021021 Phoenix/0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021021 Phoenix/0.3 While the more general case of multiple "Open in Tabs" menu items has been fixed, I can still cause multiple instances by dragging a bookmark. You must drag a bookmark and 'exit' the folder while dragging and then cause the same folder to be 'redisplayed' without actually disappearing first. Hopefully the repro steps will make this explanation clear. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. This is easiest to see using the Bookmarks Toolbar, but the Bookmarks menu has the same behavior. 2. Make sure to have a folder with bookmarks within the BT folder. 3. Click the folder on the BT to open it. 4. Note one instance of "open in tabs". 5. Drag a bookmark from that list to the button itself (don't drop if you don't want to.) Actual Results: Second "open in tabs" menuitem appears. (for the lifetime of that window) Expected Results: Only one "open in tabs" menu item should exist.
Confirming using the latest build on WinXP.
