Selecting Edit\Preferences...\Mail & Newsgoups\Addressing will close Mozilla
automatically everytime.

please try a newer build (1.2b, or a recent nightly build).

20020826 comes as default with linux mandrake 9.0. Some users mentioned that the
killed the bug by deleting ./mozilla completely. But I suspect that this will

occur with recent builds.

I have just tested this on a mozilla 1.5, and I'm not able to reproduce the problem.

Reporter, could you please retest with a newer version of mozilla, either the
latest milestone or a recent nightly?

Sorry I haven't use Mozilla Mail for so long. I just verified on Mozilla/5.0 
(X11, U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030630) solves the problem. So I 
will mark it as FIXED.
