Details
Bug 173676 was fixed, but if you hit Home button on toolbar to open
a website, or if you open a page by clicking an item in Bookmark
Manager, the page is not correctly listed in the both history of Go menu
and History sidebar.

This bugreport is not helpful. You need to provide much more details or not
bother reporting bugs at all.
What version of Phoenix are you using? Did you install it to a new directory
(not overwriting an old installation)? Did you create a new profile before
running your build for the first time?
