In 4.5+, we had the ability to download only the body part for a message,
leaving potentially large attachments on the IMAP server. It would be nice to
move this functionality into mozilla.

We might need separate bugs for the imap part of this, and the libmime parts.
The imap code hasn't been ported completely yet.

whiteboard with your own estimate of how much time remains.

Rich didn't mark this fixed because I wanted to get downloading parts working on 
the imap side so I can be sure that his work is done. Rich may not have any work 
to do, and it's up to me to determine that.

the project mgmt to leave it open.

Verified as fixed on win32, macos, and linux using the following builds:
 win32 commercial seamonkey build 00042009-m16 installed on Dell P500, Win98
 macos commercial seamonkey build 00042011-m16 installed on G3/400, MacOS 9
 linux commercial seamonkey build 00042409-m16 installed on P200, RedHat 6.1

The basic feature is working. :)
