Details

Currently, to drag the search/URL bar, you need to drag the icon bit. When you try dragging the text-field bit the cursor turns into a beam for editing. While customizing text editing should be disabled so you can drag any part of the search/URL bar to move them around.
Confirming with a recent Linux build. I agree with the reporter.
