When using the "print preview", Ctl-W and Alt-F4 have counter-intuitive effects.  

In all other multi-window situations, Ctl-W closes only the current window and
Alt-F4 exits Phoenix completely.  

In a Print Preview, the effects are 100 percent reversed:  Alt-F4 closes the
preview and returns to normal browse view, while Ctl-W unexpectedly exits
Phoenix completely.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open print preview.
2. Press either Ctl-W or Alt-F4.
Actual Results:  
Alt-F4 returned to normal browse window.
Ctl-W exited from Phoenix.

Expected Results:  
I would have expected the opposite effect from both.


This has occurred in several Win32 nightlies from 10/23 through 11/4.

ALT+F4 Works ok in 1.2b Build 2002101612 on Linux RedHat7.3 but Ctrl+W causes it
to close the tab when in print preview which disables the preview tool bar. 
Also related to this or to bug 167971, a middle click on a link will open a new
tab in print preview and cause the tab bar to appear and display the pages as
normal.  Closeing the orginal tab causes the preview tool bar to stop working too.

The behavior noted by Keith is still in effect. A clarification: when the tab is
closed, the preview toolbar remains active but does not function. Clicking the
buttons produces no results or (in two testing tries) a crash. This bug should
either be morphed or closed as WFM and a new bug opened.
