Details

I know there is a problem with favicons sometimes disappearing during crashes. 
However, when I shut down Phoenix under normal circumstances and then restart
it, often my favicons on my Bookmarks Toolbar have been lost.  Then I have to go
to each one and load the page to load them again.

I am using the 0.4 milestone build.
