User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 When I turn on Manage Bookmarks I am unable to start a new navigator window. At first I thought that this was because the command was taken by something else, but it is not. It doesn't appear to do anything, and command N is not listed in the available options. It would be nice to be able to start a new window and direct the focus to that. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on Bookmarks in the nav panel 2. Click on Manage Bookmarks.. in the drop down menu 3. Try to create a new navigator widow. On the mac this is command N. 4. Nothing happens. Actual Results: Nothing! Expected Results: Create a new Navigator window and shift focus to that.

I think the keybinding is Command+1 from Manage bookmarks. Is there not a Window menuitem with Navigator listed inside?

Chris: You're right, Command+1 does open a new navigator, and that is indeed listed both in Banage Bookmarks and the navigator window. However, why not have both notations when one is under Manage Bookmarks? Keeping Command+1 would be ok, but I would vote for command-n as the natural thing to do, just as in the Navigator window mode. Simplicity!

I'm resolving this bug as invalid, since the original problem of not being able to open a navigator window is solved. If you want to request a new keybinding, please open a new bug with severity "Enhancement" and file it under the keyboard navogation component. Thanks!

Why is this recorded as resolved??? This bug system is buggy!! I report REAL PROBLEMS and they are getting pushed aside!! This browser is great and the concept is great, but for goshs sake, if there is a problem, don't pretend it is not there!!

>Why is this recorded as resolved??? This bug as about not being able to open a new Navigator window from the manage bookmarks window. That problem is invalid, since Command+1 opens it. You requested Command+N, which is bug 181955. See comment #3 and your response in comment #4.
