XP_WIN version of nsIDNSSerivice should call PR_GetIPNodeByName to allow support
for IPv6.  this bug most likely escalates bug 70213.  i'm adding bug 70213 as a
dependency, although it may be reasonable to fix this bug w/o fixing bug 70213.
IPv6 works. This is fixed (although probably not as originally intended).
