It seems I have to exit Mozilla to manage profiles.  If I click the shortcut for
the profile manager whilst I'm using Mozilla, I get another browser window
opened to my home page, which is obviously not what I intended.  I think it
should either correctly launch the profile manager, or tell me that I need to
close Mozilla and try again, or offer to close Mozilla for me before opening the
profile manager.
