Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130

When downloading a file with the Open a progress dialog option and you close all
browser windows, leaving only the progress dialog open, the download will
complete but will not save the file. After loading up mozilla again and looking
at the download manager list, the file appears to have been downloaded all the
way (file size downloaded is same as total file size) but the status is listed
as cancelled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set download preference to "Open a progress dialog"
2. Begin downloading a file.
3. While file continues to download, close all mozilla windows except the download.
4. File will appear to download entirely, but it wont be saved to where you
specify and will appear in the download manager list as cancelled.

Actual Results:
Downloaded file was listed as cancelled, not saved to user defined folder.

Expected Results:
Downloaded file should download and be saved to user defined folder even with
all other mozilla windows closed except progress dialog.
