185268 - mach-o: command-shift-M should bring up mail compose

Description

[sairuh (rarely reading bugmail)]

in Mac OS X, command-M is reserved for minimizing windows (any application). in
netscape/mozilla, this has been taken care of in CFM builds by replacing the
command with command-shift-M.

however, the mach-o builds lack this. they still use command-M for mail compose.
both the keyboard command and menu item will need to be changed.

pls reassign as needed.

Steve Dagley and I investigated this one as far as determining that it was
likely that the wrong makefiles were being built.  There is a special overlay
for this keybinding.

mailnews/base/resources/content/mac/jar.mn isn't being processed.  It looks as
though all of the chrome files are being processed from the toplevel jar.mn file
and there's no Makefile in mailnes/base/resources/content/mac/ .

Attachment: Use mac jar.mn to override shift-cmd-m

This fixes the shift-cmd-M problem but cmd-m still doesn't minimize.

Trunk build 2003-03-07: Mac 10.1.5
Verified Fixed, command-shift-M opens a new message compose window and is a part
of the File|New|Message menu item.

in 1.4 RC1, mozilla has reverted back to using command-m for "file > new message".

per bug 137523 and this bug, command-m should be used to minimize, yes?
