To clarify, use the Classic Junk Mail folder pane icon for the column icon and column header icon as well.

oh, from jglick's comment, she wants me to use the folder pane icon. I got it in my tree, will be part of 1.3 final / or 1.4 alpha.

fixed, but the current folder pane icon is too wide for the thread pane. I'll screen shot and log a new bug for that icon request.
