 STYLE="overflow:scroll" makes Mozilla 1.3a hang.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the CSS style in a page
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Freezes, must kill pid to end.

Expected Results:
Should have continued to load the page
I noticed this a while back but I'm not sure if I filed a bug on it. Note that
the problem is not nearly as generic as you describe, and 'overflow:scroll'
works fine in most cases. However, I do see a hang on
http://dbaron.org/css/test/which-tree/02-overflow-body-outofflow/04-scroll
(Although it actually doesn't completely hang on that page, and the back button
works.)
