189848 - New windows don't always open in browser - could be related to Norton Personal Firewall

When on http://knowledge.elementk.com/index.jsp (you can't login without a
password so you probably can't verity it :( ) I sometimes fail to have a new
window pop up when I click a link.  This link is supposed to open a new sized
browser window but sometimes nothing happens.  If I refresh the page once or
twice then I usually get the new window to pop up when I click the link.  This
may or may not have something to do with ad blocking settings in Norton Personal
Firewall.  I've set it to allow pop-ups for this site, and it always worked
properly prior to installing the Alpha.

Reproducible: Sometimes

nothing.

Expected Results:  
open new browser.

Reporter: Can you reproduce this bug with a recent build of Mozilla (for
example, 1.4rc3)?

Unfortunately, I haven't got any classes at the moment so I can't test this.

I actually switched to Zone Alarm Pro so I'm not sure.
