190405 - [mach-o] missing icons in disk image

Description

[sairuh (rarely reading bugmail)]

found using recent (2003.01.23.07) mach-o builds --it occurs in both commercial
and mozilla builds. couldn't find an existing bug for this, but dup / reassign
as needed.

the following icons are missing:

Mozilla (or Netscape) Profile Manager
Mozilla (or Netscape) Profile Migration (see also bug 190336)
Readme file --but only missing in commercial build

Once all of bug 97622 is in (I forgot to add a JS component to the packaging -
pending a= now) we will not need these icons. Full profile mgr functionality is
available from a menu. We can finally be a good OSX citizen and have our bundle
stand alone, not have to live in a folder with those 2 additional icons for
launching with the profile mgr.

Closing as "fixed".
As Conrad explained, we don't need these "shortcut" files anymore, now that UI
has been added to switch profile dynamically (see bug 97622).

You can expect the disk image to contain just 2 icons: the app and the Read Me
file (when we have one).
