jsj3250.dll is being installed into both the GRE and mozilla dirs. It should
only be in one place.
Chak, is it suppose to be in GRE only?

nevermind. forgot that I should also add this file to the list of GRE files to
be deleted on upgrade.
I might just roll this fix into another bug that deals with 'clean up on
upgrade' in general.

this bug was fixed along with the patches to bug 191441.
