Actually, this needs updating before we ship 1.3beta. The readme says that the
build we're shipping is experimental and links to a non-existant cfm build.
That's going to lead to mass confustion.

What's the Read Me file supposed to contain?
We never had one for Mozilla cfm

It doesn't need to contain anything. We can remove it I suppose. Anything is
better than pointing people to cfm builds.

read me file removed from nightly mach-o builds as of 2/5.
(commented out in the packaging automation. can be restored whenever we have
something we want people to "read first").
