Viewing a HTML or dual plaintext/HTML message in Simple HTML mode displayes
nothing in the body window. Plaintext messages are displayed correctly, and the
other modes (Original and Plain Text) display the messages correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create one each of plaintext, HTML and dual plaintext/HTML messages. Make
sure that "Compose messages in HTML format" is checked!
2. View each in Original, Simple HTML and Plain Text modes.

Actual Results:  
Reproducible every time.
