This hasn't been new for years and it's really annoying if you use tools>switch
profile.
it'd be one thing if it actually spit out the location of the currently selected
profile, because then end users could then use it to answer qa questions. but
that's the subject of another bug. the output is about a file which no user
should ever touch and which very few developers would even know how to munge.
i'll attach a patch to remove it.
